The project, to be located at the waterfront in Al Maryah Island’s new financial free zone, will include the construction of four towers with a mix of residential and commercial space.
The first of three 29-storey residential buildings will be complete in 2018, offering a range of homes from one-bedroom apartments to penthouse suites with private swimming pools and terraces.
The fourth and largest tower will feature offices, serviced apartments, and a boutique hotel with restaurants, cafes, and shops.
J&P Qatar WLL, Conspel Qatar WLL, J&P Avax SA and J&P (Overseas) Ltd have been awarded the contract as a joint venture (JV).

Nakheel has signed a contract worth AED188 million for the construction of 133 homes at Nad Al Sheba, its new high end residential community featuring 1,572 villas and a 1.2 million square foot mall.
Nakheel has tasked Dubai-based Square General Contracting Co. LLC to build the villas in the fourth and final construction package, which brings the total contract value to nearly AED2.6 billion. The first three packages, covering 1,439 homes, were awarded last year.
Nakheel’s Nad Al Sheba community includes 1,572 four and five bedroom villas for lease, as well as a club house, community pool, sports courts, all set in landscaped grounds containing parks, walkways and water features. The project is set for delivery in 2018.
4. Khansaheb wins expansion contract from Majid Al Futtaim
UAE-based builder Khansaheb has been awarded a $105 million contract to expand and upgrade Majid Al Futtaim’s City Centre Ajman.
Under the terms of the deal, the contractor will more than double the size of the existing mall from 32,000 sq m to 70,000 sq m.
The City Centre Ajman contract includes the installation of additional mechanical and electrical systems to serve the expanded mall.
The project will involve the creation of new walkways, food courts, offices, and a children’s entertainment venue. Khansaheb will also conduct exterior landscaping work and reconfigure the mall’s access roads.
Khansaheb has already started work, and the expansion of City Centre Ajman is scheduled to complete in July 2018.
